Vendors

The Schulenburg Festival has opportunities for two kinds of vendors:

  • Food Vendors

  • Arts & Crafts Vendors

Please read the information on this page CAREFULLY to see if you fit into one of these categories, before you contact us.

FOOD VENDORS
Many of our food booths are run by local non-profit organizations and those booths are a priority for us.

We do let in a limited number of outside vendors, with the following rules:
  • No two vendors are allowed to serve the same type of food item.
  • All items served must be approved by the Food Booths Director.
  • Tokens are purchased by Festival patrons and must be used for all food and drink purchases.  An amount of 20% of gross sales is retained by the Festival.
  • Any vendor not following our rules can be asked to leave before the weekend is over.

If you are interested in a food booth opportunity, please contact the Food Booth Director.  Her contact information is listed below.
