2026 Rules & Info:

• The cost for all 3 days is $125.00 for a 12’x12’ space. All booths have electricity and Vendor WiFi.

• Each vendor (no matter the amount of spaces) will be allotted 2 wristbands for the weekend access.  If a vendor shall need more, the cost will be $15 per wristband. These can be purchased upon arrival.

• Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders are the only acceptable forms of payment. The form of payment has to be in hand before spaces can be assigned.

• Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Sign up early in order to get the booth of your choice.

• The last day to sign up is Tuesday, 07/28/2026. No exceptions!

• The park will be under security at all times Friday through Sunday of Festival weekend. The Festival Association will not be held responsible for any merchandise held in the park overnight.

• You are encouraged to bring portable shade. This includes an umbrella and tent type shade only. Recreational vehicles and camper awnings will not be allowed in the area.

• Setup will begin on Friday 7/31 from 9- 4 p.m. NO later and we do this for the safety of the public. Festival personnel will be on hand at the check-in point to direct vendors to their booths and parking places.  You are allowed to come on Thursday evening should you choose (but no security is provided).

• Arts and Crafts will be open for sales at the following times:

  • Suggested Open Hours (Priority Spaces):​

    • Thursday 6 pm-10 pm (completely optional)​

    • Friday 6 pm - 11 pm

    • Saturday 10 am - 11 pm

    • Sunday 10 am - 7 pm*​​​

  • REQUIRED OPEN HOURS (no exceptions)

    • Friday 6 pm - 11 pm​

    • Saturday 3 pm - 11 pm

    • Sunday 11 am - 4 pm*

  • *Gate will oen at 4 pm Sunday to load up​

  • ***Please let us know if you’d like to be open for ALL open hours- you will receive a space closer to the front. If you choose to only be open for the required hours and not the suggested hours- we want to put the ‘closed’ tents along the fence line to not block our ‘open’ vendor sales. 

• Food, beverages, and restrooms are available within walking distance.
