COVID-19 prevented us from having a Festival in 2020, and with an uptick in cases just prior to the 2021 Festival, our "emergency reserves" were put to the test.
Proceeds from this raffle will ensure that we can continue our pledge to give back to our community and maintain our long history of being "The National Party of Texas".
