TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

• Date: August 5th & 6th 2006
• Location: Schulenburg Sports Complex, Schulenburg, Texas and Hill Memorial Park (behind Golf Course) Weimar, Texas.
• Teams: 32 teams - Double Elimination.
• Entry Fee: $185.00 - Payable to Schulenburg K.C. Softball.
  You will be entered when money order or cashiers check is received.  No Exceptions!

Other Information:

• Concession Stand: Beer, Soda, Ice, Food will be available.
• No beer sold to minors and no beer on premises prior to noon Sunday.  DO NOT BRING COOLERS INTO THE SPORTS COMPLEX.

Top 4 Teams - 16 Individual T-Shirts per team

16 All Tourney - 7th-1, 5th-1, 4th-2, 3rd-3, 2nd-3, 1st-4
Other Awards will be given away

• Game Balls: Any Core 44 Balls ASA, NSA, or USSSA stamped and approved. Team will hit their own ball. No Super Duper Balls!
• Protests: Protest fees are $150.   Bring photos or drivers license.
• Homeruns: Limit 5 per game on all fields.  Batter doesn't not need to run bases with homerun over fence.
• Umpires: Official umpires will be used.

Rules:
With the exception of rules listed on this page tournament games will be played under A.S.A. rules:

1. No steel cleats or spikes, but player must wear shoes.
2. 18 player roster turned in before first game
3. 55 minutes time limit on all games
4. 15 run rule after 3 innings, 12 run rule after 4 innings, and 10 run rule after 5 innings will be in effect for all games.
5. Lineups turned in to game umpire
6. Game time is forfeit time
7. Batter starts with 1 ball & 1 strike count
8. You may use the extra player rule
9. If you choose to begin a game using the E.P. (extra player), you must finish the game with it
10. If you choose to begin with only 10 starters, you may not use the E.P. during the game.
11. Home Team will keep official scorebook
12. No Alcoholic Beverages on the playing field or in dugouts.
13. In case of rain during tournament, directors reserve the right to alter ball count to speed up play.

The City of Schulenburg and Schulenburg Knights of Columbus are Not Responsible for Accidents.
